By signing up for this volunteer shift, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I am committing to fulfill the volunteer shift for which I have registered.
If I am unable to attend my scheduled shift, I must provide a minimum of four (4) days' notice to the Association so that a replacement volunteer can be arranged.
I understand that volunteer positions are critical to the successful operation of Association events and activities, and I agree to make every reasonable effort to fulfill my commitment as scheduled.
Failure to attend a scheduled volunteer shift without providing the required four (4) days' notice, or failure to report for the shift as scheduled, will be considered a late cancellation or no-show.
In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the Association reserves the right to:
Assign additional volunteer hour requirements to my family; and/or
Require payment of the $400 Volunteer Buyout Fee, in accordance with the Association's volunteer policy.
By registering for this volunteer shift, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined above.
